Dear SEARHC Management and Leadership,

I am writing as a concerned community member in support of the employees at SEARHC who are seeking to unionize. We understand the challenges our healthcare system faces, including understaffing, high turnover, and delays in services. These issues affect not only the staff but also the health and well-being of our community.

Unionization will give employees a voice in their working conditions, which will strengthen retention and improve service delivery. A neutral stance from SEARHC management would demonstrate a commitment to the well-being of both the workers and the community, creating a stronger, more stable healthcare system.
