Our path to unionization starts by signing a card. It shows your willingness to explore collective representation. Once we’ve gathered enough signed cards, we’ll file a Representation Petition with the NLRB. After verification, the NLRB will schedule an election where we’ll vote on union representation. If a majority vote in favor, ASEA will be recognized as our bargaining representative, allowing us to negotiate a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) that enshrines our rights, protections, and benefits in writing.
