Through the efforts of our organizing committee, in collaboration with ASEA and AFSCME, we are committed to establishing clear protections, transparency in our work, essential benefits like paid time off, and the professional autonomy needed to provide the highest quality of care. Our mission is to create a supportive and sustainable work environment that prioritizes both our well-being and the needs of the communities we serve, ensuring that healthcare in Southeast Alaska remains compassionate, reliable, and locally driven.
